kerio connect offline connector download

i've disabled firewalls, created rules ports, gone through every solution can think of. i've been trying reinstall outlook can't due way office setup outlook integrated component (plus don't know benefit have). I've installed on desktop running windows 8.1, laptop running windows 10 home, had no issues there. download program through integration menu in webmail page, configure profile clicking on link in same page, asking log in, opens command prompt, prepares email settings outlook (port, domain, user details etc) automatically, launches outlook, synchronises inbox accordingly. On windows systems uses add-in called kerio outlook connector (offline edition). have option of integration whatever os you're using (whether on mobile, tablet or computer) provides mapi exchange server system. I'm using outlook 2016, company uses kerio our business email third party provider.
